Audit trails
Every override and edit is stamped with who and when
Bond maintains a complete audit trail of every change made to trials and patient eligibility assessments. Every entry records who made the change and when, supporting the documentation requirements common in clinical trial operations.
Criterion overrides
When a coordinator overrides an AI verdict on a criterion — changing it frommet to not met, for example — Bond records the change against that criterion. The patient panel shows the most recent override inline, with an option to expand the full history for that criterion.

Trial edits
Saving changes to a trial creates a new version that is compared to the previous one. The comparison captures field changes, criterion additions and removals, rewordings, and script updates. The History sub-tab in the Trials view lists every version and lets you restore any of them. Restoring creates a new entry rather than overwriting, so nothing in the audit log is ever removed.
