Prescreening calls
From clicking Call to a recorded, transcribed conversation
Once you've selected a phone number and an agent preset, you can place a prescreening call from any candidate's detail panel. The AI agent conducts the conversation using the trial's script, and the full recording and transcript are available as soon as the call ends.

Completed calls show a structured outcome — qualified, not qualified, or callback requested — along with a full transcript and playable recording. You can mark a patient as qualified directly from the call summary. The Bulk enrollaction in the trial view sweeps all qualified candidates at once.
