Getting started

Signing in and finding your way around

Bond Trials supports two ways to sign in — Google for invite-based users, and enterprise SSO via Microsoft or Okta for organizations whose IT team has connected their identity provider. Sessions expire after 15 minutes of inactivity — anything you've already saved is waiting when you come back.

Signing in

Go to the login page and choose the option that matches your organization:

  • Continue with Google — for users who received an email invite. Use the Google account the invite was sent to.
  • Continue with Microsoft — for organizations on Azure AD / Microsoft 365. Sign in with your corporate Microsoft account.
  • Continue with Okta — for organizations using Okta. Sign in with your corporate credentials.

Can't get in?

If you see an access error, either ask your workspace admin for an invite (Google sign-in) or ask your IT admin to grant you access to Bond Trials in your organization's identity provider (SSO sign-in).

Your workspace

The header next to the Bond logo shows your active organization. If you belong to more than one, click it to switch. Each workspace has its own trials, patients, and storage — nothing is shared between organizations.
