The patient record opens when you click a row from the Patients view or from a trial's candidate list. It brings together demographics, active medications, encounter history, and a visual condition timeline into a single screen.

Condition timeline

The timeline renders every diagnosis as a bar spanning its active period, with hospital encounters and medication windows overlaid on the same axis. This gives you an immediate visual picture of a patient's history without reading through individual records one by one.

Documents

The Documents tab shows clinical documents attached to the patient's record — discharge summaries, referral notes, lab reports, and similar. Bond fetches and renders them in-browser so you can review the content without downloading anything. Structured formats like CDA are automatically converted to readable text.
