Reports

Per-trial analytics inside the Trials tab

The Reports sub-tab inside each trial gives you a live snapshot of that trial's performance. Every figure — calls placed, enrollment rate, coordinator activity — is scoped to the selected trial, not averaged across your workspace. Open a trial, switch to the Reports tab, and the data updates in real time as calls are placed and patient statuses change.

KPI cards

Four headline numbers sit at the top of Reports:

  • Enrolled — the number of patients marked enrolled, shown against the trial's individual enrollment target.
  • Patients Matched — how many candidates the last prescreening run identified for this trial.
  • Enrollment Rate — enrolled ÷ target, as a percentage.
  • Calls Placed — outbound calls placed for this trial's patients, with a summary of completed and successful calls underneath.

Enrollment funnel

The Enrollment Funnel tracks how candidates move from initial match to enrollment: Matched → Qualified → Called → Completed → Enrolled. Each stage shows its count and a conversion rate from the previous stage, so you can see exactly where drop-off is highest and where outreach effort is paying off.

The Failing Criteria chart sits below the funnel and shows which eligibility criteria are causing the most disqualifications — useful for deciding whether to broaden criteria or focus outreach on patients more likely to qualify.

Call conversion

The Call Conversion Funnel breaks down outbound calls for the current trial into four stages: Placed, Connected, Completed, and Successful. A summary line below the chart shows the overall success rate. All figures are filtered to the selected trial's patient pool — switching trials updates the chart immediately.

Coordinator activity

The Coordinator Activity table shows how each team member has been using the platform over the chosen time period (7, 14, 30, or 90 days). Columns cover patient records viewed, searches run, documents opened, calls started, and matches started, with a Total column for easy comparison.

  • The trial filter defaults to the currently open trial. Switch to All trials to see workspace-wide activity.
  • Click any column header to sort the table by that metric. Click again to reverse the order.
  • Hover any icon header or data cell for a tooltip describing the metric.
