Trials & protocols
Upload a protocol PDF and the dashboard does the rest
A trial in Bond holds eligibility criteria, an AI agent configuration, an enrollment target, and optionally an attached protocol document. Once created, Bond automatically searches your connected patient records for candidates and scores each one against the criteria.
The Trials tab opens to a grid of every active trial. Each card shows enrollment progress, phase and status badges, sponsor, and site. A Trial Enrollment Comparison chart sits above the grid so you can see all trials side-by-side before drilling into one. Click any card to open that trial's detail view.

Create manually
Use the same New Trial panel but skip the upload step. Fill in the trial name, sponsor, phase, indication, enrollment target, and at least one eligibility criterion. You can attach a protocol document later and re-run the extraction at any time.
Patients, Reports & History
Selecting a trial opens a detail view with three sub-tabs in the header:
- Patients — the candidate table with eligibility scores, status filters, and the detail panel for placing calls. This is the default tab when opening a trial.
- Reports — per-trial analytics: KPI cards, enrollment funnel with conversion rates, failing criteria chart, call conversion funnel, and coordinator activity. All figures are scoped to this trial only.
- History — a full audit timeline of protocol version changes, patient status changes, and criterion overrides. Each event is selectable to see its full detail on the right.

Every trial has an Edit action accessible from the trial details panel. Edits are compared to the previous version so you can see exactly what changed — field rewrites, criterion additions, removals, and script updates are all captured. The History sub-tab lists every version alongside patient status events and criterion overrides in a unified timeline. You can revert to any earlier version; restoring creates a new entry so the full history is always preserved.
